Alireza Shojaian

Alireza Shojaian is a painter and activist, born in Iran in 1988. He currently lives and works in Paris. His paintings celebrate the beauty of masculine bodies and draw on the codes of Orientalist painting, while challenging the norms of masculinity that are widely accepted in our modern societies.

Khalid Abdel-Hadi

Khalid is one of the Habibi exhibition curators and the founder of My Kali magazine, a queer and intersectional feminist online magazine founded in 2007 in Amman, Jordan. The magazine spreads knowledge about sexuality and gender in Arabic-speaking countries and among the diaspora. My Kali provides a safe space for queer and feminist writers and artists to document their experiences and share their work.

Khaled Takreti

Born in Beirut in 1964, Khaled Takreti is a Syrian artist who spent most of his career exploring a personal history that stretches from Beirut, via Damascus, to Paris, where he has been living since 2007.
